Amy’s Kitchen recognized the increasing demand for gluten-free foods and launched its first gluten-free products back in 2001, starting with the debut dish Rice Mac & Cheese. When Rachel began receiving letters detailing the challenges faced by those with gluten allergies, the Berliners consulted with their chefs to create new recipes.”
